By accessing and using the Gnosis Tattoo Studio & Art Gallery website, booking an appointment, or visiting our studio, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Appointments

• Bookings can be made via direct message to your preferred artist on Instagram or through our booking form on our website.

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount varies by artist and is applied toward the total cost of your tattoo.

• Last-minute cancellations or rescheduling may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Our shop minimum is $150 regardless of size, placement, or design.

• Pricing is set by each artist and is based on session rates (typically 6-8 hours per session).

• Payments are generally accepted in cash, but artists may accept alternative payment methods at their discretion.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Each artist has their own policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling. Clients must contact their artist directly for details.

• Standard policy requires notifying the artist at least 10 days prior to the scheduled appointment for rescheduling.

• Failure to show up or last-minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of your appointment time and deposit.

4. Walk-ins & Studio Policies

• Walk-ins are welcome but subject to artist availability.

• Appointments are recommended to ensure a secured time slot.

• Clients must be 18 years or older to get a tattoo. No exceptions.

5. Liability & Risks

• Getting a tattoo involves inherent risks, including potential pain, allergic reactions, and infections.

• We do not provide numbing cream. Clients who choose to use their own numbing cream do so at their own risk and must follow FDA guidelines.

• Gnosis Tattoo Studio & Art Gallery is not responsible for adverse reactions due to aftercare negligence or improper use of numbing creams.

6. Refunds & Disputes

• All tattoo deposits are non-refundable.

• If there is an issue with your tattoo, please speak with your artist directly to discuss potential touch-ups.

7. Privacy & Data Tracking

• By using our website, you acknowledge and consent to our use of Google Ads and Meta Ads tracking pixels to improve our services.

• We collect and process personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the latest version.
